Tudaloo bidets must be installed by a licensed plumber only. This ensures installation complies with Australian standards.

It's the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they comply with local plumbing regulations and backflow prevention requirements conforming to the National Construction Code - Volume Three.

Tudaloo Bidet Seat incorporates an atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) complying with AS/NZS 2845.1 and does not require any further/additional backflow preventive measures.

Tudaloo is not liable for any damages or legal issues that may arise from the incorrect installation or misuse of this product.

Tudaloo Pro connects to your existing toilet water supply valve, using water clean enough to drink.

What if my water supply is inside the cistern?

Please reach out to us via chat or our contact form before purchasing, so we can arrange an in-cistern connection kit.

Do I still need toilet paper?

Yes, you will still need a few squares to dry off and make sure you are completely clean. We reckon you'll reduce your TP usage by over 80%.

What if my water connection is on the opposite side?

In many cases the supplied water hose can be fed neatly behind the toilet seat to reach the tap. If you require a longer hose please reach out to us via chat or our contact form.
