This has lived up to all my expectations for a japaneses style bidet. Great having a warm seat on the cold winter morning but love all the other features too.
Arrived packed amazingly well. Took a while to make it to Hervey Bay but was worth the wait. It took less than an hour for the plumber to install my Halo.
Its easy to use and cleaner too. Saves on toilet tissues.
I bought two units of Halo online without even having sight of the real thing let alone trying it out but boys when I finally got it installed and used it for the last couple of days I was totally impressed. It did everything as advertised and I can highly recommend it to anyone who wants a bit of comfort and luxury in their bathrooms. Can't wait to have the second unit installed in coming weeks. Last but not lease, it's great value for money

We love it!!! We bought 2 but had to return 1 (our fault - could not connect to electricity ) and the return was easy and we received our refund quickly. The seat is amazing and very good quality and the communication and delivery was very good. If you are on the fence about a smart toilet seat…do it ! You won’t regret it.
Absolutely great product. The top of the cistern doesn’t sit 100% flush (pun intended) however it doesn’t have any effect on the water supply. Once you have this you’ll never want to go back!

Everything I was told and read said that this would be a game changer. It is!! And my highly specified Tüdaloo Pro+ has given me some home turf confidence.
The in cistern kit made a neat connection to our cistern as the supply was on the opposite side of the bowl. all fitted well and doesn't leak, looks neat. thanks Tudaloo!
Our Tudaloo pro is everything I expected it to be. It works, our toilet paper usage has dropped to near zero. My wife was skeptical at first but is now converted and loves our Tudaloo. Our Toilet feels cleaner, smells fresher than ever before. I would make only one change, Move the "One Touch" button on the remote to the front. As I have to remove the remote from the cradle to use that mode.

Waited a while before installing as we got one for our daughter for Christmas and didn't want to spoil the surprise. She is absolutely thrilled! Has visited Japan so that's a good comparison We are enjoying ours too, doesn't take long to get used to cold water, and I am really enjoying the front " feminine wash" function! They arrived promptly, beautifully packed, and customer service is remarkable! Thanks!

Had a few queries re compatibility with my toilet and Kenny was more than helpful. Even checked in with me for more pics and accurate measurements. Fitting was reasonably easy, just had to route the water supply hose back into the cistern. Toilet seat and lid sits a little shorter than toilet but is all good. Such a great lil upgrade!
Arrived well packaged and was very easy to fit. Didn’t quite mount back as far as it should due to jets fouling on rear of bowl. Slide it forward a bit and all was good.Plumbing took only minutes to connect. A simple addition to the shed toilet , so similar to experienced in Japan! 🙂

Very happy with this TUDALOO Flow bidet system. Very easy to install and use. If anyone looking for a bidet system, I Highly recommend TUDALOO.
Lovely product and great- back up with installation advice and help when needed. The in- cistern hose kit could not be installed as per advice as the cistern was tight against the wall, but a compromise of routing into wall cavity and back out again worked fine and the end result is neat. A small soft bump- stop stuck to the edge of the cistern was all that was necessary.
Have only used once, bit slow to install have had it about 2 weeks it went really well 😀 very pleased.

I brought the toilet and cistern kit a few weeks ago, I managed to connect the water supply to the cistern as shown, I had to get 2 more elbows to make the connection. So far I am very pleased with it, a great product and it does the job well.
Excellent product!! Has all the functionality of its high-end competitors, with an additional surprise feature of a kick-to-raise sensor. The build quality is exceptional, and coupled with great after-sales service, this product becomes a no-brainer. I will gladly purchase this product for every bathroom I have and will definitely recommend it to others.
Took a bit of confidence to attempt the connection instructions as well as a bit of innovation & I was successful in sorting the extension tubing & connecting to the main water with the help of some hoochie cord & a prayer. It also took a bit of getting used to the shape of the seat but not a loving it. Even in the Canberra winter, the was while chill, is refreshing & cleaning. Dont know why I waited so long.
So wonderful to have a non-electric bidet where we can easily adjust water pressure, and when the seating size fits my toilet bowl perfect well!!
This was pretty easy to fit and after a couple of weeks using we are really happy with it. If we had known years ago we could get a fitting for the loos that are flush to the walls, we would have got one before. Thank you.
VERY happy with our purchase of your product. After 7 months of a medical issue and needing to jump into the shower each time to ensure everything remains sanitary. The bidet was a game changer. Thinking of installing in each of the three bathrooms.

It’s great and works well. But the shape doesn’t really fit the existing Villeroy & Busch toilet. As yo can see the Tüdaloo is longer and protrudes beyond the commode.
kit is good , just needed a right angle at the seat end for our installation . Found one , works great.
Super helpful staff. Great addition to the house, did both toilets with the Pro + . Got it to fit almost perfectly. Wish one day they could make it auto flush ( lazy - but ultra hygienic ). Now I need a timer to get OFF the toilet . My wife and big kids find it exciting. Look forward to many years together :) . Glen F.
Recently installed 3 Tudaloo Pro Plus bidet seats and we all love them! Heated seat, adjustable water, air dryer, and a handy night light — pure comfort. Council confirmed compliance (WaterMark 060174) and Form 4 was submitted with no issues. We also got the Tudaloo Go — it’s brilliant! Compact, portable, and perfect for travel. It fits perfectly. It looks and feels so much better than what was there before and yes it does the job!! We live on a yacht where paper is an issue and this will reduce paper use. High Recommended
I had been looking for months for a bidet attachment that would be suitable for a toilet with a tap behind the wall at the top (instead of the conventional bottom). Tudaloo was the only one that had one that supplied a hose thin enough to feed it out of my cistern. We have two installed in the house and the family love it. Attached photos show it can be plumbed inside the cistern if you have a behind the wall top tap.
The only challenge I had was getting the toilet seat off. But that wasn’t any fault of the product. Everything else was quite easy because all parts are supplied. In retrospect I would have bought the Tudaloo flow but the classic version works very effectively and can be easily removed if ever needed. The product has quality make and packaging so it’s not cheap plastic. No more COVID 19 toilet paper line ups for us. Thanks Tudaloo!!
