Fits our Caroma toilet nicely. The only adjustment needed, our plumber used the Caroma toilet seat fittings to attached to basin, not the ones supplied by Tudaloo. Neat and tidy appearance. Very happy with purchase.

It quickly became apparent that after installing the Tudaloo pro that the family was using the one bathroom. I’ve now installed a second Tudaloo pro so we’re back to having 2 bathrooms.

the newer hotels/motels have bidet/toliets all fully automated. It was different but use a few times you change your ideas. Tudaloo offers a cost effective alternative for your existing loo. Best improvement for my bathroom. Very impressed with quality and functions.

This has lived up to all my expectations for a japaneses style bidet. Great having a warm seat on the cold winter morning but love all the other features too.
A great cost-effective solution. As a builder I don't think it's that aesthetically great to see once installed, but a great option if you're not fully renovating or replacing the whole toilet suite. Took my plumber only 1hr to install after needing to drill-out the fixing holes in the pan to suit. A great solution that saves replacing the full suite or running a power point to the location.

Our Tudaloo Halo smart toilet is an elegant and efficient addition to our bathroom. It is perhaps a bit noisier than I expected, but that’s only a minor issue. We had a few problems to sort out initially, but our plumber changed the flow rate of the water into the bowl and it’s now working beautifully. We love the warm seat in this cold weather and the night light is such a bonus, providing safe low level lighting. We are very happy to be able to support an Australian company and the only negative with Tudaloo is the absence of phone contact, which led to some frustrations for ourselves and our renovator. I have been informed by the Tudaloo team however, that this situation will be remedied in the near future and when this happens, I would have no hesitation in recommending a Tudaloo Halo Smart toilet because they are fantastic. The Tudaloo Halo is incredible! The heated seat is by far my favourite feature. I am happy I don’t ever have to touch the toilet lid again. Highly recommend!
Arrived packed amazingly well. Took a while to make it to Hervey Bay but was worth the wait. It took less than an hour for the plumber to install my Halo.
Good purchase. Took a little bit to get used to and set up routine of filling with warm water prior to use. Would recommend to others.

I love my Tudaloo. I took off one star because I'm just finding it hard to clean with only using dish detergent. I don't feel I have disinfected it enough.

The bidet seat itself is as expected. The install was frustrating to say the least. Be mindful of how far away your tap is from the toilet and how its angled. I had to move thing around otherwise the bidet water inlet pipe wouldnt fit. As the wster tap was a tad too close to the toilet.

We have had previous bidets before and this one was a simple and easy setup that didn't need to be plugged in. The simple lever makes it easy to use. Bidets have been a game changer for us, we can never go back to just only toilet paper 🧻

The bidet worked for just over a year and then a part simply broke. I have been trying to get the support team to resolve, radio silence for 3 weeks. No contact phone number. Poor customer service.

I have to admit, I was highly skeptical when I first bought this and didn't think it would actually be effective. However, after using it, I am incredibly impressed—it works exceptionally well!

Great device, works well, good price and delivered quickly. T adaptor supplied was cheap plastic that broke in first week, creating quite a water mess. Replaced this with metal tap for $20. 1 Grey plastic/rubber seat support has already partly broken with 1 month use. Still usable but shouldn't decay that quickly. We only weigh <80kg Update: Upon reading my review without my requesting it Tudaloo refunded $20 and sent out a replacement set of rubber feet. Fantastic response from a company! Hightly recomend this product.
This unit seems way more robust than another brand I bought a while back. I like the pressure delivered and the ease of use.
Good unit, easy install and havent had a problem at all. The seat warmer is the best thing coming into winter Only cons would good to be able to make the auto open sensor less sensitive/shorter distance or turn it off compleltly. also the blue night light to turn off when the lids down and change from a blue which isn't great colour at night.
