Will this fit my toilet?

Our Tudaloo Pro models are designed to fit standard Australian toilets, however they do run longer than standard toilet seats. Simply check that your toilet's measurements fall within the specifications listed above. If you're unsure, contact us via our Fit Check.

Where does the water come from?

Tudaloo connects directly to your existing toilet water supply valve, using the same clean, fresh water that fills your toilet tank - water that's clean enough to drink.

What if my water supply is inside the cistern?

No problem! We offer an in-cistern kit with a flexible hose designed for easy access to water supply valves within cisterns.

Do I still need toilet paper?

Yes, but much less. Most customers keep a few squares for drying off and a final check. You'll likely reduce your toilet paper usage by over 80%, which means less expense and better for the environment. Pro Series models with air dryers reduce paper usage even further.

What if my water connection is on the opposite side?

In most cases, the supplied water hose can be fed neatly behind the toilet to reach the tap on either side. If you need a longer hose for your specific setup, just contact us via chat or our contact form, and we'll ensure you get what you need.

How comfortable is the seat?

Tudaloo seats are ergonomically designed for comfort during extended use. Many customers tell us it's actually more comfortable than their previous toilet seat, with quality materials that maintain a pleasant temperature.

Does it require electricity?

The Tudaloo Pro Series models need a standard power outlet within 1.5m of your toilet to power the heating and electronic features.

How do I control the water pressure?

All Tudaloo models feature simple and intuitive pressure control, letting you adjust from a gentle cleanse to a more thorough wash with a simple twist of a dial or press of a button.

How long does shipping take?

We ship Australia and New Zealand-wide with next business day dispatch from our Melbourne and/or Brisbane warehouses. Most metro areas receive their Tudaloo within 2-5 business days, while regional areas typically take 5-7 business days.

Will this help with common discomfort issues?

Many customers report significant relief from common toilet-related discomforts. The gentle cleansing action of water is much kinder to sensitive areas than wiping with paper, making it ideal for anyone with haemorrhoids, irritation, or sensitivity.

How hygienic is the nozzle?

Very! Our self-cleaning nozzle stays protected when not in use, and automatically rinses before and after each use. The nozzle is also made with antimicrobial materials for additional peace of mind.

Does Tudaloo work with disabilities or NDIS?

Tudaloo bidets can significantly help those with mobility challenges, arthritis, or other physical limitations. Many of our customers report greater independence and dignity in their bathroom routine. The water cleaning reduces the need to reach or wipe - motions that can be difficult for many.
